What you are paying for. You are not buying a seat, so you are not paying for one. We create a genuine reservation in the airline's own system and the airline holds it unpaid, then releases it by itself. What you pay for is creating that reservation and delivering it to you — not a flight.

The day of your embassy appointment or airport check-in — not the flight date.

Tell us when the reservation must be valid and we'll create it the evening before, so it is live on that day.

Passenger 1

Copy both names exactly as printed in the passport; if it shows middle names, add them in the first field too. The two names must not be the same word — if your passport shows only one name, put it in the surname field and write FNU as the given name.

You pay only our service fee. We never charge you the price of the flight and the airline is never paid. Prices include VAT.

If anyone needs to check it. Your reservation can be looked up at https://validflight.com/verify with the booking reference and the passenger's surname — by you, by an airline agent or by a consular officer. If an embassy asks for a document, we issue a signed confirmation and we answer officials directly.

How it works

You pay the service fee — nothing else, ever.
We place a real reservation with the airline in your name — a booking with a PNR code, held without payment.
The itinerary with the PNR and a printable PDF arrives in your inbox within 15 minutes, at any hour of the day. If you told us the date you need it for, we create it the day before that date instead, so that it is still held when you present it. The PDF is the document to present. Some airlines also show the reservation in their online “Manage booking” tool; many do not display one there until a ticket is issued, which does not affect its validity.
Standard: the airline releases the unpaid booking after 48–72 hours. With the 7/14-day option we automatically create a fresh reservation each time one expires and e-mail you the new PNR.

What it is — and what it is not

You receive a real reservation, not an edited PDF: the PNR is held in the airline's own reservation system.

It is not a flight ticket — you cannot board with it, and once the airline releases it, it is no longer held. Embassies commonly accept (and often recommend) unticketed reservations for visa applications; the auto-renew options keep a live PNR in your inbox for the whole processing window.
